We love pets at Wood Trail. After taking your furry friend for a walk, don't forget to stop in for a treat at our leasing center.

Restricted breeds of dogs may change without notice. A pet agreement is required for all approved pets. Pet Deposit is $100 and a nonrefundable Pet Fee of $300 and a $20 Monthly pet rent will be required per pet. No more than 2 pets per household.

Rodents and ferrets are prohibited.
